Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and packaging remain intact. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
